Tooling & OES Coordinator BGEU

Poland - Katowice - 100%

Your responsibilities

  • The objectives of the position are to create and maintain updated a tooling database within BGEU and Coordinate End of Life OES (Spare Parts) process with the plants and Customers
  • Create tooling database for all European Plants together with Asset manager
  • Management of Tooling database
  • Support Engineering on Tooling optimization and utilization in Operations.
  • Responsible of maintaining accurate Inventory figures with plant support, incl. Annual stock take and periodical cycle count.
  • Elaborate, in collaboration with Maintenance Department, Standards and Best practices for Tooling manipulation in terms of 5S, equipment required, warehouse conditions
  • Tool scrap management
  • Development and introduction of OES Strategy in terms of cost (criteria for Make or buy, ATB, Minimum Lot Size, Economic Lot, …)
  • Lead & Support Customer Negotiations with CBU for OES Strategy at BG level
  • Improve OES Customer Scorecard
  • Leading of special projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Your qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Automotive, Logistics
  • Engineering, Maintenance background is a plus
  • Project management skills
  • Financial understanding
  • Good communication skills, team player and ability to work in functional networks
  • International mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel to support physically the projects and plants
  • Relevant experience in logistics in an industrial company
  • Sound knowledge in project management ·
  • Experience in the development and implementation of KPIs and standards
  • Independent, responsible and structured way of working
  • High flexibility, motivation and commitment
