  • Responsible for HR functions management at both our plants, such as recruiting, employees relations, compensations and benefits for employees, development and training, applicable Labor Law communication and enforcemement , management and development of Internal Policies and Procedures, helding a healthy relationship with the Union and ensuring consistency and standardization amongst both plants.

Your responsibilities

  • To manage and interprete Autoneum’s policies and procedures.
  • To manage Recruiting Process of all external, internal, freelance and temporary employees. 
  • To manage compensation process, payroll and employees benefits, personnel management process and performance assessment. Administrar el proceso de capacitación y desarrollo: Desarrollar y administrar políticas, procedimientos, sistemas y programas de capacitación
  • To develop and regularly communicate to all employees policies, procedures, news and recognition in order to ensure their awareness.
  • To represent Autoneum at administrative hearings before the Local Labor Board and to be the communication linkage between the organization and government agencies which regulate human resources management. 
  • To manage development and preservation of precise information from all employees including paper and digital records. 
  • To manage and follow up of HR kpi and corporative. 
  • To Coordinate and ensure legal requirements for the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS).
  • To manage Certification Process for critical positions. 
  • To manage Labor Relations Process and collective negotiations management. 


  • Level of authority: Has authority over HR team at both plants and has authority to intervene on ethical cases.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree on Human Resources or related. Masters is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience on Human Resources área from Automotive Industry
  • Skilled on Project Management
  • High emotional intelligence quotient
  • Full domain of English Language (C2)
