Program Manager DRIVE and Business Transformation

Your responsibilities

  • Distributing workload in the respective stakeholder group
  • Coordinate relationship between stakeholder groups
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business contacts
  • Understanding current business processes and the future plans
  • Identifying of cross-functional / integrative topics as early as possible
  • Analyzing issues and finding solutions to complex business scenarios
  • Determining the team members necessary for the project life cycle
  • Ensuring integration within the solution among the wider IT team in alignment with the overall release management.
  • Managing relationships and ensuring quality standards
  • Governing projects to maintain and secure the global DRIVE solution

Your qualifications

  • University degree in a natural science, IT or technical subject
  • Background as integration manager, program manager, business analyst and data migration
  • Minimum of 4 project lifecycles from discovery to post go live support
  • Understanding and exposure to Agile methodologies including Kanban and Lean
  • Experience re-engineering Supply Chain processes
  • Excellent consulting, client facing and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Self-disciplined, motivated and organized 
  • Very good verbal and written communication and expression skills in English
