At our North American headquarters in Novi, MI we are looking for a

Engineering Coordinator

United States - Novi 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain tooling design and fabrication standards
  • Coordinate with purchasing on tooling RFQ’s
  • Track the progress of tooling programs and support the tooling process
  • Maintain tooling inventory records and identification tags
  • Coordinate shipping requirements for tools
  • Support management of engineering changes with CRB attendance and communication within tooling department for completion of time-sensitive deliverables
  • Assist in driving continuous improvements with all aspects of tooling


The qualified candidate will have:

  • Associates degree in Business or Technical area
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Understanding of tooling and machining processes
  • Knowledge of project management principles


Ability to travel up to 25% is required.
