To support the HR Systems department at our headquarters in Winterthur, we are looking for an engaging personality with a high degree of self-motivation and drive. In this exciting role, you will be primarily responsible for securing the readiness of HRIS, high quality data and execution of global HR processes

HR Process & Systems Specialist

Switzerland - Winterthur - 100%

Your responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and apply expert knowledge for all HRIS modules and the underlying business processes thereof
  • Technical and functional execution of global HR processes (especially in the area of C&B, variable pays and Learning Management System (LMS)) 
  • Provide the business with HRIS data and support in analysing  such data (e.g. data audits,  preparation of annual HR processes, measure data quality, evaluate use and processing of data)
  • Consult, train and orchestrate HRIS users in executing their defined system roles & responsibilities in a holistic manner covering technical and procedural aspects
  • Further development and improvement of HRIS data models as well as the implementation of new processes, features and modules
  • Maintain and develop system- and process-related documentation
  • Independently run defined HR projects with global and regional scope (not solely limited to HRIS related activities)
  • Act as the stand-in and back-up for HR Systems Owner

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor or higher degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of overall working experience
  • Good command of English
  • Sound knowledge and experience of the main HR processes
  • Track record of minimum 3 years of in-depth working experience with various SAP Success Factors modules
  • Experiences in advanced data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in dealing with operational, tactical and strategical demands and challenges in HR is a plus.
  • Have a strong sense of business partnering to achieve goals through partnering with different stakeholders in a global and multicultural environment
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Agile and eager learner
  • Has cross boundary mind-set, and is willing to take up issues whose responsibilities are not clearly defined
