To initiate timing plan and other files required by CBU during quotation phase
To lead project team set up and customer kick off meeting
To ensure the fulfillment of all the customer specifications in terms of milestones, quality, validation, logistic, packaging, environment etc.
To define necessary resources / organization to meet the targets.
To define detailed planning and ensure that activities are carried out on schedule.
To tracking each other function’s timing (tool, equipment, sub-supplier, validation, material development, plant readiness etc.)
To be responsible for budget control include tooling, investment, validation, and development expenses according to the approved program budget.
To be responsible for profitability improvement
To control project quality performance and handle customer complains
To accept or refuse the sending of any part intended to the customer.
To lead team to solve part quality issue
To control engineering change management in PLM(feasibility, quotation, kick off, submit & release EC, running, audit, close ), customer interface
To perform risk analysis assessment and suggest action plan for solving or escalation.
To lead and steer an across-functional team
To define team members' objectives and assignments during development phases
To coordinate internal and customer project reviews / activities.
To ensure smooth program transfer from development to production at Gate 6
To finish other tasks assigned by Head of PM & APQP
To ensure the Continuous Improvement Management System within Program Management
To ensure the Program Management meets the requirements of TS 16949 and ISO 14001
