Main tasks:
- Uses relevant business information (targeted and awarded programs) to set his short, mid and long term resource plan
- Ensures that the necessary resources (Program Managers and Senior) are optimized across his customer group within BGEU
- Leads people under his/her responsibility: target setting, appraisal, salary review, training plan
- Acts as a role model and mentor as well as develops his team skills and competences
- Ensures transparency across all running programs within the customer group
- Support necessary escalations (internally and at customer)
- To ensure that best practice solutions are in use and propose continuous improvement ideas
- Ensures that customer standards and rules are known and maintained in his customer group
- Set's up regular reporting meetings to follow-up on the performance of the programs within his team
- Request risk analysis assessments and corrective actions for solving or escalation
- Provides up to date project activity status whenever required by Autoneum organization or his superior
- Summarize expenditures to the approved customer group budget
