The Head of APS supervises and controls all APS activities to ensure the success of Autoneum Production System (APS) deployment and sustainability for all WOFE plant, and to be in compliance with the corporate governance according to Autoneum standards

Your responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Ensure full and deep implementation of Autoneum Production System in all BG Asia plants
  • Ensure ongoing cost reduction by conducting Kaizen events, VSM, and lean training as needed
  • Develop and promote the pull flow in both manufacturing and administrative processes to eliminate waste
  • Develop and promote a lean strategy and guide lean initiatives in all BG Asia plants
  • Drive/sustain a continuous improvement culture
  • Drive visual management into all aspects of the manufacturing environment
  • Establish new processes to eliminate waste and streamline flow and processes using lean methodologies
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to attain product quality, efficiency, and process repeatability
  • Manager and facilitate ongoing growth and cost reduction by conducting Kaizen events, VSM, and lean training as needed
  • Help drive/sustain a continuous improvement culture
  • Develop and administer standard work practices/employee training
  • Provide training, coaching and mentoring of APS
  • Employ leadership and project management skills to ensure projects completed on time to meet objectives
  • All other duties assigned by the superior

Your qualifications

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Min. 7 years experiences in similar function in manufacturing industry
  • More than 5 years experiences in lean production or 6 Sigma is preferred
  • University degree or above majored in Industrial engineering or manufacturing or related professionals
  • Good English skills
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Good team spirit and problem solving ability
