Planning

 

• Ensures that the project master plan is developed, reviewed and distributed as appropriate including all applicable customer and Autoneum milestones. Makes sure that all necessary project activities have been defined
• Ensures that objectives, deliverables and targets are defined (customer & Autoneum) within the
  project and communicated to all cross-functional team members
• Ensures that tasks and deliverables are anticipated, planned and shared with the project team members Negotiates deadlines with the customer

 

Staffing

 

• Defines the necessary resources to meet the targets and develops the program budget accordingly
• Sets individual targets to the cross-functional team member
• Decides the setting of the projects meetings

 

Execution

 

• Ensures the fulfillment of all the customer specifications (milestones, quality, logistic,
  packaging, environment, …)
• Ensures that the program financial indicators are managed in line with the agreed project request
• Ensures that the project is managed in line with the APD requirement (Autoneum Program Deliverables)
• Represents Autoneum in customer project reviews
• Ensures that technical changes (ECRs) are executed by securing the program and by
  improving the profitability
• Ensures that any supplier sourcing decision is in line with the program budget
• Ensures that Autoneum systems are used for project documentation management and performs necessary release
• Accepts or refuses the sending of any pre-series part to the customer

 

Controlling & Reporting

 

• Controls expenditures against the approved budget and belongs to the approval process
• Updates the approved program follow-up reporting documents
• Performs risk analysis assessment and propose corrective actions for solving or escalation
• Provides up to date project activity status whenever required by Autoneum organization or his
  superior

 

Required experience:

- University Degree in Engineering or similar technical qualification

- Command of English, fluent mastery of general and technical conversation and writing

- German or French - nice to have

- Project Management skills and knowledge of methodologies and tools (planning, problem solving…)

- Background in project management financials, P&L understanding

- Command in PC applications usage

- Experience in project management in an automotive supplier (product development or manufacturing)
