Change management in the Shop floor systems for Quality;
Defining of Control documents like Control plans etc;
Requalification of all Products according ISO/TS and customer requirements;
Measurement assurance and requalification;
Systematically analyze quality problem in production to find the root causes and action plan ;
Support CQS engineer on customer claims and 8D;
Support OQA supervisor with internal claim solving;
Continuously improve product or process quality by using tools of SPC, MSA,8D,Kaizan etc;
Receives Handover of all documents form AQP;
Validate the data and translate to the plant setup;
Own and control of finished goods issues internally and externally;
Link in Q between Customer / Autoneum;
Change Management after APD Gate 5 for Customer incl. Trade;
Manage customer claims;
Q-Reporting;
Other tasks assigned by superior.
